As Uproar Communications begins to strategize for the coming year, we are pounding back information about the future of social media and masses of statistics about our clients’ arenas and futures. And – it is all exciting and overwhelming. There is, on this bottom tier known as “small business”, a strong current of change, growth and new trends. What we see as washing up is customer service. We work very hard to give our customers the best service possible. That service is key. It is what we enjoy giving and getting. So in this month of February, we too look to that champion of customer service – Phil, the groundhog. He will dependably step forward and see his shadow or not on February 2nd. We can count on it – pretty simple, really.
